100% Waterproof roll-top pannier with universal handlebar attachment and quick release system.
The waterproof pannier is constructed from 600D PVC Tarpaulin and is sealed tight by way of the easy to use Fold Seal System™ and includes a top cover lid with Velcro fastener.
Also includes a hard base plate, internal zip pocket, side reflective strips and removable shoulder strap.
