As we look towards the second decade of the 21st century, BESTCASE is confident in its ability to absorb change whilst retaining those aspects of the business, which make it distinctive. Now in their second year, BESTCASE LIMITED was started in 2009 when we decided that there was room in the case and cameras cover market for a company that specialised in top quality products for the professional. Based in Greater London over a quarter of our sales are exported and our presence in the market cannot be ignored. BESTCASE has supplied many top professionals with quality protection for there cameras, audio, and computing equipment.
Customers are at the heart of all we do; their issues dominate management meetings and communication of all kinds. On the (thankfully rare) occasions where we fail, our customer services team are there to pick up the pieces and have a direct line to the Chief Executive.
